There are currently no store pickup points, but Overnight FedEx package delivery services are provided in every state in the United States (except Hawaii and Alaska).
Are there tours held every month? How often does delivery take place on average?

What is the minimum consumption amount to enjoy free home delivery service?
If you use the home delivery service in the San Francisco Bay Area, San Jose, Silicon Valley and Sacramento, you need to spend a minimum of $150 to enjoy free home delivery service.
In other areas and using FedEx package delivery service, a minimum purchase of $200 is required to enjoy free home delivery service.
What should I do if the store cannot receive the goods at home on the same day?

Where does Masaya’s meat come from?

What is the difference between Masaya's meat products and those at Costco or other traditional supermarkets?

It is recommended that general cling film packaging should be placed in the refrigerator for use within 7 days, while vacuum packaging can be placed in the freezer for more than 6 months and used within 12 months.
Can Masaya's meat slices be used only for barbecue or hot pot?

How much does a box of meat slices weigh?
Currently, sliced meat and steak products are available in 12-ounce packages or 1-pound packages, while meat cubes are available in 2-pound packages.

What are the payment methods? Do you accept credit cards?
